Background
Monika Grzankowska has supported Rochem FYREWASH® as an independent SEO Consultant since2019, overseeing SEO strategy and performance across the company’s international websites.
After studying Business and Management with Marketing at the University of Winchester, Monika began her career in digital marketing before specialising in SEO. She has since held senior roles including Head of SEO at Aylesworth Fleming, Kingpin Communications and The Marketing Practice, working extensively with B2B technology brands. In 2023, she established her own consultancy, MKG Digital Ltd.
At Rochem FYREWASH®, Monika’s work spans technical and on-page SEO, content optimisation, competitor and performance analysis, and international SEO. She played a key role in developing Rochem’s multilingual website and continues to monitor changing search behaviour, including the impact of AI-driven search, working closely with the marketing and web teams to strengthen Rochem’s international digital presence.
Outside work, Monika is passionate about fitness. She runs, weight trains and takes part in HYROX and CrossFit, and has trained and coached Thai boxing for more than 13 years. She also enjoys spending timewith her two dogs, Louie and Freddie.
